A new year, a fresh start. Now that hindsight is truly 2020, many of us are looking forward to the year ahead. For some, that could mean new professional opportunities. For others, that could simply mean getting a new haircut.
But no matter what that new beginning will look like for you, we can agree that we’re all moving forward.
And if you’re looking to purchase property, Kim Warner of Warner Realty is committed to helping you make that first step.
“All of the things that I’ve done in this life have completely prepared me for this career,” Warner said. “As well as my love for this area and my love for people. When people are buying and selling stuff, that could be a really difficult time in their lives. It can be so exciting and so scary as they make that transition. So I love to be there for people. I can help people plan for their financial and investment future.”

Warner is no stranger to the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast. Born and raised in the Pensacola area, Warner spent more than 20 years as a business owner in various industries, from massage therapy to restaurants, including her own live music venue.
“I remember the first time I heard the word, ‘entrepreneur,’” Warner said. “I was in third grade. My teacher had it on their coffee cup. That word has always stuck out to me.”
For Warner, entrepreneurship is in her blood. Her aunt is the owner of Hub Stacey’s and her mother has worked in all capacities of real estate for nearly 35 years. Joining forces with her mother to form a mother/daughter duo at Warner Realty was inevitable.
“But I never thought I’d do real estate,” Warner said. “I grew up with it all my life. I spent my childhood looking at properties out in the country, riding in my mom’s Mercedes convertible. I just never thought real estate is what I would do.”
Once Warner got into the swing of things, she knew there was a divine reason behind her new career.
“I’m having fun with it, and it shows because the phone is ringing,” Warner said. “That’s the hardest thing in business, getting the phone to ring. Praise God. This is God’s plan for me.”
Warner Realty serves Pensacola, as far north as Cantonment, as well as far west as Lillian, Elberta, and Gulf Shores Alabama areas, helping people find the right land, house, or condo for them.
“I really like to be specialized and local, and I like to get people exactly where they want,” Warner said. “I know this area like the back of my hand. When it comes to Lillian, Perdido, and the South and West Area of Pensacola, I know it so well. I can give advice on those areas.”
According to Warner, what also sets Warner Realty apart from the rest is her passion for people, and making sure they make the right choice.
“I’m not pushy with people, I really want the best for them,” Warner said. “My number one is service to people. I’m focused on learning about them and what they like, and not being pushy about making a sale.”
In addition to providing service to her clients and customers, Warner also provides professional photos and drone shots for every listing. She’s also in the process of developing a new website and is excited about the year ahead.
“I didn’t really realize how fast it would take off,” Warner said. “I knew I would do well in business, because from experience, I know if you’re good at something, and you work hard, and put effort into it, you’re gonna do well. It’s very exciting and I’m so blessed with the business.”
Warner Realty is located at 34046 Widell Ave in Lillian, Alabama. For more information, visit https://www.facebook.com/kimwarnerrealty or call 850-292-4107.
